NetCreations, LLC Notice to California Residents pursuant to CCPA

Effective Date: July 1, 2023

Definitions:

“You” and “Your” means any individual using the Build App to access the Build Account.

“Build Mobile App” means the Build Mobile Banking App.

“Build Account” means the Build Checking Account provided by Bangor Savings Bank.

“NetCreations, LLC”, “Our” and “We” means NetCreations, LLC a Nevada Limited Liability Company, d/b/a Build Technologies.

1. We collect personally identifying information from You in order to process Your application for the Build Account.

2. We maintain Your personal and financial information in connection with Your usage of the Build Mobile App and the Build Account.

3. Your information is maintained pursuant to The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as required by Federal Law.  Your rights and Our responsibilities are covered in the NetCreations, LLC Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

4. Because Your information is covered by The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act it is exempt from CCPA.
